Does SnapBite work offline? Yes — meal history, the bundled food catalog, and manual entries work without an internet connection. AI features require connectivity.
How do I sync data between devices? Sign in with the same account on both devices and enable cloud sync in Settings.
How do I delete my account and data? Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your data from our cloud. Local data can be cleared from Settings → Data.
Why does SnapBite need camera/photo access? Only to analyze meal photos you choose to scan. Photos are not stored on our servers beyond what's needed for a single analysis request.
Why does SnapBite ask for Apple Health permission? Optional — to read steps and active energy so we can add an activity bonus to your daily calorie target. You can deny or revoke this any time in iOS Settings.
