This Privacy Policy describes how Nexus Health Labs (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application Chameleon (the “App”) on iOS and Android.
Chameleon is a local photo alignment utility. We do not require an account, we do not operate a backend server for the App, and we do not sell your data.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library so you can:
All processing happens on your device. Reference images, overlay settings, and captured comparisons are not uploaded to our servers. We do not receive, store, or analyze your photos or camera feed on any remote system.
We do not collect personal information, usage analytics tied to your identity, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or health data through the App.
The App may store preferences and overlay state locally on your device (for example, opacity or alignment settings during a session). This data remains on your device unless you delete the App.
We do not share, sell, or rent your photos, camera data, or personal information to third parties for marketing or analytics.
If you tap an in-app link to another app (for example, a cross-promotion to SnapBite in the App Store), Apple or Google process that request under their own privacy policies. We do not send your photos or camera data as part of that action.
Chameleon does not embed third-party advertising SDKs. Optional store links open in the system browser or App Store / Google Play app.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

By downloading or using Chameleon, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Chameleon provides a camera overlay tool to help align and compare reference images with a live scene. Features may change or be updated without notice.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee perfect alignment, measurement accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Overlay and comparison results are for visual reference only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Health Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on overlay alignment for construction, restoration, legal, or professional decisions.
If you obtained the App through Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or these Terms.
We may modify these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
